Dentro do Adobe Fireworks, trata-se de dar o efeito esférico ao layer.

Resumo:
1- Criar um texto,
2- Criar um círculo sobre o texto, sabendo que será a área do efeito,
3- Converter o texto em paths,
4- Selecionar o texto e o círculo e aplicar o efeito "Fisheye Paths" do painel "PATH".

Dicas:
-Você pode colocar um número negativo na força de atuação, para dar o efeito inverso,
-Você pode aplicar em qualquer vetor,
-Você pode usar outra base, não somente o círculo.
